We purchased a faulty Light Point Slim pendant light from this company. Still under warranty we have been trying to have our faulty light replaced for the last 8months. This is the light over our kitchen counter so it's a real pain to have purchased an expensive light and to have our kitchen in darkness. We have had to pay for an electrician to confirm the light is faulty and still have the additional expense of having it fit when/if it does finally arrive. Please be very careful dealing with this company. We have been assured so many times by both phone calls and emails that our light is on its way but so far no sign of it. Initially the customer service was good when we purchased the light but follow up and replacement of our pendant when there was a fault has been a nightmare. They seem to not really care. I do NOT recommend purchasing anything from this company. Good customer service is not all about the sale but also the aftercare provided to customers. Design Denmark have failed miserably on the latter. I will happily update this review if/when our dispute is resolve. We are now 8 months in.
