The teachers are highly skilled, and are great at breaking down the choreographies so that it's easy to follow. They don't mind (even love it) when students ask questions, which is very appreciated. They offer so many different choreography styles too, so you can learn new things as you take classes. I highly recommend Hit, whether you're just visiting Auckland, or planning to grow as a dancer too. :)”

“I watched Mission: Impossible yesterday at Event Cinemas in Westfield Newmarket, and I’m so glad I did! The experience was fantastic—such a stark contrast to my visit to Hoyts Sylvia Park the day before, which was extremely disappointing. Event Cinemas truly impressed me. The entire place, from the lobby to the theatre itself, was spotless and well-maintained. I was especially impressed that they have staff assigned to clean the cinema after each movie—something that really stood out in terms of care and attention to detail. The staff were also friendly, welcoming, and incredibly patient in answering all of my questions. Their warm attitude really made a difference. I was so pleased with the service that I didn’t hesitate to book tickets on the spot to return this weekend and watch Jurassic Park! Special thanks to the lovely lady who helped me at the counter with my ticket and drink purchase, and to the kind young man who assisted me after the movie when I booked my next visit. Kudos to the entire team at Event Cinemas Westfield Newmarket—you’ve definitely won me over!”

“If I could give more than 5 stars I would! A few years ago I was pregnant,tired and incredibly hungry and all the restaurants were actually closing their doors, including vino. My poor husband ran up just as you were closing the doors and asked if you had anything spare he could buy for me quickly. Without hesitation you actually turned your ovens back on,chatted to my husband about life,and made me a double portion of pasta FREE of charge and said it was a gift for us and our first baby. I genuinely cried at how generous you were to a total stranger. Don’t know if you remember this at all,but it’s always stuck with us! Highly recommend to anyone and everyone.”

“Cozy place with a lot of activities going on, in a good location beside the mall, the library, shop, and cafés. Variety of room and venue sizes to hire for a reasonable price. Good for birthdays, classes, community meetings, weddings, and offices. The team is very responsive, helpful, and friendly”

“It's clean, the environment is calm and you're able to focus and get more work done as well as feeling like you have freedom and respect from your teachers. You're also allowed to just go to the bathroom, you don't need to ask for permission from your teachers which is a plus.”

Sue is also very supportive and motivating, always noticing progress, no matter how small, and inspiring confidence in her students. She creates a positive and safe environment, making swimming lessons enjoyable and exciting every time. Overall, Sue is not just a teacher but also a role model, showing dedication, passion, and care in everything she does.”

“Be there a few times for performance or seminars. It may look obsolete in terms of architecture/interior, but the acoustic effects are still stunning. My only complaint is the seats. It's reasonable comfortable. When it gets pushed straight, somewhere the metal parts make a very loud bang sound.”

“Top line: Very good gym, great facilities. Limited space. Friendly staff, especially the manager(s) Pros: it’s quiet with sauna, pool, onsen, steam room, tennis courts, football, basketball, towels, shampoo, conditioner, iron, moisturiser, hair gel, etc Cons: found it challenging to get the initial viewing. Limited and older equipment, but it does the job! Not sure how often the sauna etc gets a deep clean. Given all the other facilities, surprised it doesn’t have a hair brush in the changing rooms, and either 1. A machine to fast dry swim wear or 2. Plastic bags to take wet swim wear home”

“Went today to get my son’s uniform sorted at the New Lynn store. The place was packed with everyone buying school uniforms. We were welcomed by Gina, who was readily available to help with sizes and what I was looking for. She was very attentive to all the customers and was helping all of us at the same time.
