   This is an authentic Muay Thai gym for both beginners and advanced people. Classes focus on proper technique (not just fitness) and the students here have beautiful technique. The gym is clean and the equipment is in good condition. Bring your own gloves, sweat towel, shin pads, etc. The trainers always make me feel welcome.

   Wimbledon, Theresa and all the coaches are patient, experienced and, in true Thai nature, very welcoming. They have a humble, no-fuss approach to teaching all; whether you are a professional fighter or a beginner—you will feel at home. Kids' classes are next-level, fun and engaging.
