    Disappointing Experience with Management at Busy Bees Silverdale Central As a parent, I expected open and professional communication from the management team at Busy Bees Silverdale Central. Unfortunately, when I raised concerns about my child's experience, I felt dismissed and even made to feel guilty for speaking up. The management seemed more interested in deflecting issues than addressing them constructively. This approach not only undermines trust but also discourages parents from voicing legitimate concerns. It's disheartening to see a lack of accountability and professionalism in handling feedback. I hope the centre reevaluates its communication strategies to foster a more supportive environment for both children and parents.

    Absolutely amazing centre. As soon as you walk in the door you feel at ease knowing your child is in good care as all the teachers are extremely welcoming and friendly. My daughter gets very excited and loves coming everyday to see her teachers and friends who she has made connections with. I 100% would recommend this centre, and would not go anywhere else.

    If you are after a centre with caring, professional teachers, a great management team all in the hearty of Silverdale then this for you. We are located by Silvermoon and other amenities. As a founding teacher since we opened the doors I could not feel more privileged to be apart of a friendly caring team and with a caring management team that care about the people and children in the centre. It is a home away from home and with environment that has been created for everyone in the centre come and see for yourself. I highly recommend Learning Tree Silverdale Early Learning Centre.
