   Due to a small chip on one of my incisors caused by biting bone, Dentist Lillian polished the damaged area. However, the result didn't satisfy me. The result was worse than the previous polishing I had done at another clinic on another tooth. There wasn't clear communication before polishing about the specific area (edges) and direction of the polishing, as well as the possible outcomes. Although she did inform me that polishing was optional, I don't think this can be an excuse for lack of sufficient communication. In such professional matters, patients are naturally at a disadvantage in discussions, and if doctors want to evade responsibility, patients are left to bear and endure it alone.

   Jason is the most amazing dentist/orthodontist and person. I’ve been seeing him for 10+ years and he provides the best care and expert skill. He is very kind and dedicated to his patients. I travel over an hour to see him and it’s totally worth it, Jason is the simply the best.

   If you are scared of the dentist, this is the place to go to ease all of your fears! Dr Lillian Hsu and the team were so welcoming and caring from the moment I stepped into the clinic, my treatment was carried out at a pace that allowed me to feel relaxed throughout my appointment and ensure all the key areas of my mouth were checked. I was also kept fully informed throughout and came away with some great advice on dental hygiene and treatment plan going forward. I haven't been to the dentist in over 10 years, this will certainly change now I have had such a great experience at Millwater Dental. Thank you team!

   I'm terrified of the dentist chair had a bad experience when I was young and haven't been in over a decade. Despite my terror, I had such a different experience to what I expected. I was relaxed in the chair from the beginning to end, Jason was very gentle, reassuring pleasant and professional. He was patient with me and didn't rush me. He worked very hard to do a great job on my teeth and when I consider all the work he did I am happy with what I have paid as the peace of mind and reassurance he gave me was second to none. I now feel confident to go back for a full dental exam and clean and start taking care of my teeth properly with Jason's help. Thank you so much I'm in such a different place today all down to your excellent work!

   Millwater Dental was recommended to me by a dentist friend when I mentioned that I was looking to change dental practices and to get Invisalign done as well. I was told Dr Jason Ng pretty much teaches Invisalign to Australasia. For my first appointment just a few days ago, I was a bit wary about getting the Comprehensive Care checkup done, as it is more expensive than the usual first patient checkups. But it was worth every cent. There were crucial checkups done which I've never gotten from other dentists before. My dentist, Dr Lillian Hsu was so thorough, knowledgeable and patient with all the questions that I had (...and I had a lot haha). Had my hygienist clean the day after with Ella and she was great as well. All the staff that I've met have been very friendly. I felt very comfortable there. Loved how modern and new the practice was too. I have to make a 25km drive to get there, but this practice is definitely worth it. Don't think I'll be changing dental practices this time.
