“As a new mother I was told not to trust the big franchises as they do not have a quality of care. After having my child attend 2 different big branded daycares I almost believed them. That’s until I started my son here. Millennium Ellerslie has shown the upmost support and care for my child. He has severe eczema and allergies to wheat and egg and they’ve accommodated his needs and wellbeing without excluding him or singling him out. They’re honest go above and beyond. They’re honest, respectful and caring and my husband and I rave about how pleased we are with this centre. The teachers and staff are amazing and my son always feels welcome and happy when we arrive and leave. Thank you all for your patience and professionalism.”

“I had the absolute pleasure of attending "The Importance of Being Earnest," while I was in Auckland for a weekend getaway from the South Island. I must say, it was a brilliant experience from start to finish. The production was thoroughly entertaining and the impeccable delivery of Wilde's witty dialogue had the audience in stitches throughout the entire play. What truly stood out, however, was the passion and dedication of the entire theatre company. It was evident that every member of the cast and crew poured their heart and soul into this production. In a world where big-budget productions often dominate the theatre scene, it's refreshing to see a smaller theatre company deliver such a stellar performance. They prove that talent, creativity, and a genuine love for the craft can shine just as brightly on a smaller stage. I wholeheartedly recommend attending a production to anyone seeking a night of laughter, culture, and brilliant theatre.”

“Came to this gym as a beginner and was welcomed with open arms not only by the coaches (Dean and Flor) but also by the members of the gym. Dean and Flor are always happy to help with anything fitness related and it’s very helpful to be able to pick their brain with any fitness related questions I have. Gym has a great setup with Muay Thai Boxing equipment as well as weight training equipment and cardio machines. Dean is super professional and has a lot of passion for the art of Muay Thai. I’ve been actively training here for 4 months now and I’m loving it.”

“Martial Fitness is more like a family to me. I have been there for more than 5 years, Sensei Dan is both experienced and supportive. Staffs are always warm and helpful. I also brought my 5 years old daughter there to do training, great for the kids to have fun and learn some valuable knowledge in the Dojo. Highly recommended!”

“Riverhead Montissori is and has been an amazing daycare for my three children. Reminiscent of a kindy, with a well loved environment and wholesome teaches, while still maintaining the child/teacher ratio and morning routine of a traditional Montissori daycare. The centre is well run and flexible, Rachel in admissions is seemingly always available and accomodating. Due to its community values and small country setting I feel that my children have very personalised care. For our family in particular we appreciate that there is always a very calm and happy atmosphere at drop off, I feel that this encourages my children to start a piece of work and allow me to leave without them getting overwhelmed or sad. My children also enjoy the mix of ages within the classrooms, being able to learn from those older than them and care/teach those who are younger. We cannot recommend Riverhead Montissori enough.”

“I was a bit worried about moving my sensitive 1-year-old to a new daycare after she didn't settle at the last one. But Lollipops Birkenhead has been amazing for both of us! The staff are super understanding and gentle, which has really helped her feel safe and happy there. The teachers are so patient and take the time to calm her down when she's feeling overwhelmed. Plus, she gets to do all sorts of fun and educational activities, even at her young age. I love the regular photo updates, too! I'm really grateful for the caring environment at Lollipops Birkenhead. Not only do they have fun and play and learn but their lives are also enriched with outside of the square thinking thanks to the teachers, what a fantastic idea 'Outdoor Explorer's' is, each week the kids get to go and explore the estuary and surrounding reserves to learn about their environment, wildlife, pollution and caring for their world. No wonder they have received such an impressive ERO review.”
