“This Pizza Hut has the absolute best customer service, credits to the lovely man who is often on the front counter. He has served me multiple times over the last year and he is the most friendly, helpful and kind person. One time I went in and wanted to pay for majority on cash and the rest on my card which was only $1 approx but this generous man pulled out his wallet from his pocket and swiped his own card and said don’t worry about it. This was the kindest small gesture, I was so blown away. I called tonight and wanted to make a small change to my delivery order that I wasn’t able to do online and he made sure it was done for me, no stress, no difficulty. He is a real asset to your company and I wanted to take the time to leave a review and share how wonderful this man is. Pizza is always top notch even when being delivered. “Friendly, courteous, accommodating and attentive staff members. They try their best to make the pizza as you ordered ready by the requested pick up time. Some time is much busier than others, so you might want to give some leeway. For less busy one, the pizzas will be ready on time. Parking at the front of the shop can be challenging, but plenty of space at the car park behind the shops.”

Cooked well and generous toppings. The bad review comparing to Domino's must have been employees because I think Black Box deserves 5 stars.”
