   Had a great experience at Pizza Hut Albany! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly how Pizza Hut should be. The restaurant was clean and well maintained, and the service was quick even during busy hours. A special mention to Meryl — he was absolutely amazing. Very friendly, polite, and professional, and made sure everything was perfect with our order. His positive attitude really stood out and made the visit even better. Definitely recommend Pizza Hut Albany if you’re looking for good food and excellent customer service. Will be coming back again!

   Ordered Pizza Hut delivery a couple of days ago and I have to say, it was a really great experience. The food arrived hot, fresh, and exactly as I ordered. Everything was packed neatly, nothing was missing or spilled, and the flavors were just as good as dining in at the restaurant. The pizza was perfectly cooked, the toppings were generous, and the sides were fresh and tasty. It felt like a proper meal without any compromises, even though it was delivery. Overall, it was convenient, satisfying, and enjoyable—definitely one of the better delivery experiences I’ve had. I would happily order from Pizza Hut Albany again.

   Order 5834121245571. I ordered 2 plain cheese pizzas which the kids said were great. The Hawaiians base was stale and the caramelized onion and rocket had no rocket. I rang the branch and they said it was a supply issue and couldn't change it online, yet I was charged for it. The pizza had limited ingredients and was average at best. Feel quite ripped off.

   terrible service. pick up time was half an hour later then was told, meaning i had waited an hour since i ordered. didn’t add the sauce on that we asked for. staff didn’t know what they were doing and there were many people in the store waiting. need to get more staff that are fast and experienced. i would avoid this pizza hut

   Enjoyed the pizzas. Pick up time was on point and kids were happy to have them. This time it was a little bit more sauce on the base then cheese hence the 4 stars but we just topped it up with cheese at home and put it in the oven. Was good!
