“The very best pizza place around locally. I really look forward to a nice and hot Hawaiian pizza on the odd Sunday special. Loads of toppings and a crunchy base that is delicious. I usually buy a nice and cold can or two to go with it but I only drink one then. The place is kept clean and the service is as good as the pizzas. I highly recommend this little business and owners. “Depending on who you get if you get the grumpy ol Chinese lady she throws off attitude but I think that's just her as for the food it always taste delicious and is freshly cooked all the workers apart from the above are nice and always offer me a rewards card they have tables to sit and it can be accessible via sliding doors if you are wheelchair bound.”

“These owners are BEYOND INCREDIBLE! I was tasked with bringing food to a large time sensitive function and I asked if they could have 2 large pizzas ready at 10am for pickup. To which they instantly said yes! (Note: they don't open until 1030am!) They were so kind and generous with their time. Didn't even charge a fee for the service. They came in early to cook and had the food ready precisely on time for me. So professional!! And everyone at the gathering LOVED the pizza. Couldn't get enough and needed to know where I got them from. Wonderful experience, highly recommend Sals pukekohe for your next gathering or for any pizza needs.”

“I just discovered this little place and I will definitely be back! I have eaten Teriyaki Chicken Donburi more times than I can count but yesterday I had possibly the best ever here. Lots of perfectly cooked, succulent and delicious chicken, loaded with also perfectly cooked veggies, over plenty of rice that had just the right amount of sauce. I was asked if I wanted spicy and was advised, if I could tolerate a little spice (I can), it was the tastier choice. Great advice! There was a slight bite to the dish which improved the overall flavour without being so spicy you couldn’t taste anything else. The place is tiny and mostly set up for takeout. There are a few tables along one side but with very uncomfortable furniture. When I’m in the area I prefer to eat in during a break from shopping so more comfortable seating would have been nice. But that’s my only negative. And I like that they have longer hours than the other Japanese place in the area. Loved this little spot, can’t wait to go back!”

“I think I’ve visited every Sal’s Pizza store in Auckland and can say hand on heart that Highland Park have the best pizza, the bases are perfect with a little bit of crunch and all their pizzas are a home run. “Consistently good customer service and food here. It's my first choice for pizza here in Auckland. Pizzas that I have had from here have always been cooked properly no oily base or sogginess lack of cheese or toppings. You'll have to try to see what I mean. They have a good range of pizzas to choose from and usually with every order I get the cheesy garlic bread which hits the spot every time, and chippies are delicious too.”

The touch screen was easy to use, and I had a 10-15 min wait. It was a busy Wednesday night. - Meat lovers 8.8/10 $21.99 Large Crust had great crisp, under the topping was a thin layer of bbq sauce, which I like as opposed to a pizza that's doused in sauce. Meatball pieces are the best topping. I wish more of it was on the pizza. Blame price - Cheese pizza 7.5/10 $9.99 Small Same base as the meat lovers, nice cheese used, and nice grill bubbles on cheese.”
