   We had dragon rolls, salmon nigiris, salmon rolls and teriyaki salmon on rice for lunch last Saturday. It was the worst St Pierre food I’ve had. The avocado of dragon rolls was very firm and definitely underripe…….. The avocado was not ready to eat. Can’t believe staffs put underripe avocado in the dragon rolls. And rice in sushi and teriyaki chicken were hard and dry………. Sushi rolls were fall apart and in a bad shape…,,,, My family were enjoy St Pierre Sushi in botany, Mt Wellington and St Luke’s store. But I have to say Ormiston St Pierre was terrible experience for us…….

   Iv been coming here since October 2023 it was a awsome, everyday of the week or day the service food and the atmosphere, but today 27th Jan me and my daughter were making our pick and one of the staff really had a weird stare at us, as we were proceeding to go to the other side. she said are you going to pay for that, we said yes and that we are still getting more sushi as we were continuing, all of a sudden she started screaming at my daughter (in front of everyone that were there) and me standing on side hearing that. I told my daughter let's go this place don't deserve my $. and then all of sudden the weird staff switch into aw do you need anything. My daughter was like she didn't care about it, but she really enjoyed the food. The worst part as soon we left she went at the back room but there were people there to be served. I'm not a believer in racism(that is the past we got to do better) but today seeing the customers were there, were Asian and definitely for sure the weird staff already quikly judge us, very unapologetic too. I don't like to hold anything against anyone(also my daughter too) but please do better we are not all like that, what you think.

   Food quality is same as any St. Pierre sushi.. ordered a few rice balls for my family, noticed that I didn't have any serviettes in the pack. Couldn't find anything on the store front so I asked from staff and they gave me ONE.. I asked for some more and they gave ONE more... WOW! This isn't the St. Pierre sushi standards that I'm used to.

   Used to go here all the time but had a really bad experience in which the servers took my order didn't give receipt and immediately moved to next person. When I came back they had my order wrong. Instead of fixing it, they argued, even though they made huge assumptions. Terrible customer service.

   The best St Pierre's in my opinion. They'll always make it fresh for you with your preferences. And it tastes super fresh always! We eat here around once a week and really enjoy the platters for good value for 3 people. Definitely the best sushi around.

   Everytime I've been here, service is 5 star anyway but this branch and staff is exceptional. I came in with a big order and brought my own container with for them to pack it in and they were more than happy to cater to this. Admittedly feel like St Pierre's is long overdue for an upgrade in terms of their plastic packaging, but there is a work around and they cater. 10/5 stars for service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
