BAD DELIVERY SERVICE. We usually order and pick up at this store. We tried the delivery to save time and energy but to the best disappointment they can give they arrived 30mins late and not updating us. It says it was delivered online but i searched and found none outside the house. People are expecting for that pizza.
I’ve tried americano from other pizza huts but Pukekohe makes one of the best pizza, i love Pukekohe pizza hut, you guys are amazing
This is by far the worst pizza hut I have been too. Unhygienic and the worst customer service. Dont bother complaining to the manager as he will just lie and blame it on you and wont help fix the situation. Will never support pukekohe pizza hut again. Better to go to Hells or Dominos

Pizza hut well know for pizza but people who work there makes the deal pleasant. Quick orders turnouts, online orders always ahead of time Great takeaway good customer service people, No complaints but suggestions to improve the lighting inside store n outside, Keep up pizza hut Pukekohe team.
Wow. What a waste of time. Sidd the “shift manager” got a call from me and a friend to order some pizzas. I tried to order off dominos website so I laughed because it was funny. He then slammed the phone down and ignored us for a continuous 5 minutes before WE hung up. We drove 20 minutes to see what was going on and turned out Sidd was the rudest and most ignorant manager I have ever dealt with. He continues to not apologise and not take responsibility and then turns it around on us. He then had the nerve to try get us to order pizzas and pay for it. Not how I would of handled it. I have been working in hospitality for over 3 years and I have had a handful of customers that aren’t easy but no way you treat a HUMAN being in the way he did. I hope he losses his job I am going to go forward with this. So disgusted on this so called manager.
