   Manager couldn't remember to switch off online orders when they knew they wouldn't be able to deliver because of a santa parade... now we cant get our money back for almost a week, and we cant afford to eat tonight... thanks Hells!! Never going to bother with you again..

   Gavin's the man. Had the best veggie pizza tonight since I've been in this country. I am a pizza fanatic and have been regularly eating at different Hell stores but tonight was something extra ordinary. The crust was crispy, abundance of toppings, just the right amount of cheese and sauces. My mother in law is travelling from overseas, she was blown away by the quality of pizza. The only downside to this is that she feels all the places in the country do similar pizzas. This store has set the standard immensely high for others to follow. Gavin knows his shit.

   Workers at Hells pizza were so kind a polite towards me & my parents! We had made an error in our order, Elliot & Jake were super polite to quickly help fix the order. I then had to quickly race home as my 5month old baby was very upset, paid for delivery once it was ready! We received our order within 5-10 mins of the order being ready, the delivery driver was super polite! 10000% will be ordering from Hells Pizza Kumeu again!!!

   Worst experience to date, our order was cold and we waited over 30minutes. When I asked for an update on my order all staff were unsure and confused to who knew what. So unprofessional and I am absolutely disappointed with the overall experience. Our pizza had minimal toppings, far too much sauce which made the base was soggy in parts and our pizza was stuck to cardboard box on left side. When advise hells kumeu, No one wanted to try to resolve the issues or re do our order.
