“It's SUPER pretty! I had a little picnic and the vibe was amazing. Could catch a sunset too. Hayman Park is another popular park in Auckland, known for its spacious grounds and various recreational facilities. Visitors often mention the large open fields, perfect for sports activities like soccer, rugby, or cricket. The park also features playgrounds for children, making it a great spot for families. Additionally, it hosts events and festivals throughout the year, adding to its vibrancy and appeal. Overall, Hayman Park offers a welcoming environment for both relaxation and active recreation.”

“It's not a park for sure but an open space. Nice and spacy. There are Maori farmers fields nearby”

“Very flat field for sports (we were on the smaller one) nice grass, plenty of parking and bathrooms. Looks like a good upgrade of the clubrooms is near complete.”

“Fryco Products began it’s life in the 1950’s based out of Grey Lynn. Being a Post War engineering firm which developed to assist factories which were gathering steam as wartime restrictions were relaxed. This momentum continued throughout the 1950’s where manufacturing output rose more than 30%”
“An affordable furniture shop next to an expensive furniture shop. Most of the stuff are made in china so good on you in transporting the stuff over. We didn’t buy anything this time but a 5 star rating is something you deserve”
“Good for 3-6 years old, Since the rides all require height.”

“It's a funny old place, a park. I mean what do you park? A car, and it's stationary. What did I see at the park? Glorious movement. A league team training, a cricket team playing, a person taking his dog for a run on a bike. What the hell does park mean? Bloody Beaut, a sanctuary in the suburbs.”
“Great place for a walk. Peaceful, quiet n relaxing. Overlooks Maungarei/Mount Wellington”
“Bomb Point Dog Park is one of limited number of fully-fenced dog parks in Auckland. The size is large enough and there is plenty of space to run. It is great that there's a rubbish bin and dog poo bags provided within the park. While there's work being done on providing a source of drinkable water, at this point in time I recommend you bring water for your pup when you visit.”
“Great space for a run around and to kick a ball. Very well maintained. Our new favourite park!”
“Hamlin Park is really a sports field and the hall is used for Sunday worship. I live only 5 mins.away and find it is a great place to take my Lassa Appso dog for a 20 minutes run. Lots of smells and almost totally fenced.Surrounded by trees and back gardens . Excellent parking. No public toilets or playground but if you want to sit on a grassy slope in a quiet place for a little while this is for you.”
“We had our original camp site which was booked a year in advance cancelled last minute for labour weekend due to council pest spraying. After years of planning our family camp, we were desperate to seek urgent accommodation for our large family (100+). I phoned the Clark’s beach holiday park the week of labour weekend and the owners were Amazing! They heard our cries, they catered to our last minute request and had done their best to cater to all our needs and they delivered - truely angels! Thank you so much for your kind hospitality ❤️”
“I haven't been there in so long, since 1990ish but my childhood memories of your park were so awesome, we were safe to run round free and unsupervised in our ever expanding packs, (tho it was harder to injure 80's children) so many families in the summer and everyone, staff and patrons were all lovely and courteous. There was tree swings, n family movies at night played on giant projector screens that all the kids watched from duvet+ pillow forts on a grass bank before bed. The prickles were my least favorite thing, but we stayed in our giant tyre tube's in the creek most of the day. I love so much the refusal to engage nasty insult comments. Those 30 yr old memories are still probably my best n happiest of camping as a kid. I hope the legacy review isn't out of place.”
“Happy with service and WOF, transparency of the workshop, efficiency and how as a customer I was treated. Would absolutely return and recommend. We came here due to a very negative experience with a dodgy workshop at the new car dealer we purchased our car from, and I learned the hard way those guys are untrustworthy and should never service a car outside of the initial service agreement.”
“Two Rainbow slides, two picnic tables and one two seats swing. Lots of fun”
“Rhian Lang, the on-site manager is super helpful, someone who goes an extra mile. The team is very thorough with their check in process. The park although well-located right in front of the shore, it's a pretty 'packed' as they try to squeeze for more occupancy. Very little space allowed in between parking lots hence less privacy.”
“I’ve taken my kids to Auckland Adventure Park a few times and they absolutely love the luge and the 4D cinema! It’s a fantastic place for children aged 4 through to teens. For younger kids—especially those in preschool and primary school—it’s an amazing venue for birthday parties. Their castle-themed party room is a real highlight, perfect for children who love medieval and knight-themed adventures. For older kids, the zipline and VR games offer plenty of excitement too. Highly recommended for a fun family day out or a memorable birthday celebration!”
“Really nice walk around this area. It has a nice park near the daycare and a workout park on the other side, too. Nice and well-maintained tracks.”
