   The park itself was great for my 3 year old. Lots of smaller rides perfect for that age bracket. However, we were unfortunately “greeted” by the rudest front counter staff to a kids venue I’ve ever come across. Don’t expect your kids to be welcomed.

   Went there with 3 of my grandchildren and their parents. The kids had a great time.Get there early to get parking, it fills up fast after 11am. The food was a little pricey but expected. The rides were varied in speeds for all ages, the indoor play area was busy and there was lots for the kids to do. Staff were helpful and friendly. You are tagged with a bracelet when you arrive and you can leave the premises and come back if want as long as you have your entry bracelet intact. The outside area is mostly sheltered and the lines are not too long.

   We celebrated a 1st birthday here, 01.07.2023. All catering was provided by rainbows end, we were not allowed to bring in our own food or caterers. Cool as, we were happy with this. At the end of the celebration in the party room we had a bit of food left over. The kids went off to play and as every parent knows the kids will come back hungry for the pizza, pies or whatever they did not eat at the time allocated. Cool, its a birthday party, and for us no stress - let the kids have a good time. As predicted, 1-2 hours later the kids were hungry. I went to the kidz Kingdom cafe to ask if they would mind reheating the pizza and savouries. There were 3 staff who heard my request all sighed and rolled their eyes at me, and said they would need to see (not sure what that meant). The customer service was terrible - I knew straight away they were not looking for a solution but rather a way to tell me the answer was no. All of them disappeared to the back for at least 3 minutes and sure enough, 1 staff member came back to me stating they could not heat the pizza or savouries as it was a health and safety issue. When I challenged her, the person could not give me a good reason for not reheating my food and was happy for us to eat cold pizza and meat pies / savouries. It wasn't about our health and safety at all, it was about us spending more money. I found a microwave to heat the pizza. Come on Rainbows End, either your providing a full catering service or your not!! Look after your customers.

   Nice for the kids, lots of fun. However since we came last time, they added arcade games you need to pay extra. Creates unpleasant frustration and arguments for the kids, despite having paid a quite expensive entry. Disappointing. 5 stars without the arcade games.

   We held a special 5th birthday here with 12 kids in total, last Saturday. It is expensive, so be prepared - but from the reactions of the kids and their parents they were all thrilled. The standard of the service was great and the food was excellent. It was nice to have a dedicated customer service person looking after us - but everyone there was as helpful as they could be. It was great that even though only one kid wanted to go on a ride, they didn't hold it up to wait for others, so the kids got the maximum number of rides. I definitely recommend this place for 3 - 7 year olds.
