My extraction was tricky as I had a severely broken tooth but the dentist removed it with ease and faster than any other removal I have had. I went in for a filling and a cleaning at Smile Dental Glenfield Albany and it went really well. Dr Cynthia Shi was really kind and gentle and explained to me everything that she was doing. Service was also exceptional and would highly recommend Smile Dental to anyone.

Dentists are different from other doctors in that they need to be gentle and careful in their movements. Dr Jomb made me feel very at ease and I was no longer afraid of the treatment process. The price is cheap compared to other dental clinics．
Dr Cynthia Shi was an absolute star. She made me feel at ease and kept my pain levels to an absolute minimum. Her manner was professional but warm and Friendly. Her male Chairside Assistant on Sat 19th August was also lovely to me when I came in anxious & upset about having the procedure. I cannot recommend Smile Dental enough.
I found smile dental to be fantastic they where very compassionate and gentle and went above and beyond to ensure I was getting the best most essential dental treatment taking into account my budget. Very friendly and quick appointment I was expecting to be on a waiting list but was able to get an appointment the next day even offered an appointment for the same day I called.
Dr Alice So is so wonderful! We took our daughter to her for two occasions and she has been very reassuring to her young patient. Very skillful with her works also, she did a proper job while trying to get through it as quickly as possible to cause least amount of distress to our daughter. I would highly recommend :)
Having not been to any dentist for at least ten years, I was rather nervous about booking in for a thorough examination and teeth cleaning procedure. I needn't have been as the two ladies who worked on my teeth did a fabulous job - firstly with their warm and approachable manner, secondly, for clearly explaining the state of my teeth and giving them a thorough clean, and finally, for providing me excellent advice in order to improve and maintain my teeth in the future. I will definitely make Smile Dental Glenfield my dentist of choice.
