   I was really impressed by Gina. I was unsure of what to get and Gina was incredibly helpful. She was very knowledgeable and great at suggesting the products to suit our needs. She was quick and able to negotiate a very good deal for us. I have visited the place a few times and she would always greet us with a smile and warm welcome. Gina kept us up to date with delivery expectations and when the product was not available on the day of delivery, Gina rung to explain the situation and offered a replacement product while our mattress was on order. The person that delivered the beds (William) was also very friendly and honest, when he came back to deliver the mattress, he brought a screw to fix the beds he previously installed which had a missing screw. Thank you, Bedpost, thank you Gina for providing an excellent customer service.

   Excellent Customer service, we traipsed all across Auckland to various bed shops and came back to Bedpost. Richard was very good, asked about our needs, and very customer centric, Great product knowledge - he provided a deal we couldn’t get anywhere else. I can’t comment on the bed yet because it won’t be delivered for two weeks. Go to Richard in Manukau - it’s a big purchase and a big investment for me - I left the store feeling I got a good deal. Update 16th August. We had two strapping young men that delivered the bed. They were friendly, punctual and offered to remove shoes which was nice. Just a thumbs up when purchasing a bed just pay that extra fee. I thought it looked pretty simple to set up. But it took this duck from 4pm missed Shorty street and ended finishing it at 7.30pm. Just pay that extra fee :)

   Being a young couple most sales personnel overlooked us and didn't give us the time of day. Richard from Bedpost Manukau provided us with exceptional service spending well over an hour taking us through various options and multiple price point to find an option that best suited us. Highly recommend and would definitely come back.

   Amazing fresh and clean setup and not to mention the great service from the team. I found the perfect bed for my room at an amazing price. prior to this I went to to various other stores but bedpost was the only store that met my expectations. Thank you so much, I felt extremely happy leaving the store and I can't wait for my new bed. If I ever need another mattress or bed I will definitely be back here. Thank you!!
