After making a purchase online I unfortunately discovered the dimensions did not work with my space, I emailed that evening and requested a refund. We purchased quite a few furniture pieces from this place and we thought they were all up to the right spec. But unfortunately after a few months or so we noticed major cracking, chipping and paint coming off for a highly priced item. This costed like over $1500 and for the price we paid the quality is really crap and it feels like it’s a cheaply made product from China. See pics and I am very very disappointed with all our furniture and will definitely recommend to not buy from this place. I would give their furniture 0 reviews!! Hi Team, I can't seem to respond back to your review and I disagree with your statement as I did contact you guys and was advised it could not be returned. I first like to add that there has been no water on those tables and what do you have to say round the edging where the paint is coming off, it's even coming off at the bottom, so it is definitely not a water issue as we have coasters, our whole home has designer boutique stuff and never had issues with all our stuff from CITTA or other brands. The item already had those paint mark and chips when it was opened, and we always have coasters on all coffee tables and we are strict about guests using them as we know the price of the items we paid. We have another coffee table from another place and it has coasters too and that table has no damages to it, I have a side table from you guys too and even that is discoloring, please own up to the quality and I am happy to return and await a replacement thank you.

Finally have a chance to leave some reviews after a build and a couple of moves. We purchased 2 sofas, the quality is good, helpful staff when we purchased and after that the service was non existent. Went to pick up the sofas and the staff basically turned there backs and would not offer assistance of any form. A member of the public in store saw the predicament we were in and helped us collect the sofas. Products good, service non existent after placing the order. For that reason, would not make any more purchases.
