Absolutely terrible experience!!! Delt with Neo to have extra 8GB put on my 3 month old laptop when I got home I noticed that laptop case had been broken above the SD card slot and in the 2 corners of the screen which id say the laptop had been dropped.Called Neo about the damage and he said to bring it in, I was very busy that week so I told him I'll bring it in the following weekend which he was fine with. After showing him the damage he denied it was caused by him I tried explaining that it was not like that when I dropped it off and he just said "prove it" and got very angry yelling and telling me to get out of his shop! I'd be very careful of this man he is very deceiving and gets very angry very quickly! As you will see from all his other 1 star reviews he will say this review is either a scam or that he hasn't had a job like this and to reply with the job card number which I never got one! Trust me this is legit and this company is very dodgy!!!

Don't even go there. Reviews placed are for easy to fix problems. You can do it yourself. They will burn out your computer and then tell you, after 3 weeks "it can't be fixed". I have pictures. And no, I don't have a job number. I dealt with Neo directly.
