From day one, everything I’ve ordered has been smooth and hassle-free. When a PLM Superlow Seat Rail Kit arrived with a bent bracket, they sorted it out right away. Later on, I had an issue with 2 front brake rotors (after holding onto them for a while during a full brake rebuild and upgrade + master cyl upgrade). I asked to return them, and they accepted and refunded me—no drama at all Since then, I’ve spent a lot with them across 2024 and 2025, and they’ve consistently been professional and transparent. One part was air-freighted, and when I asked for an update, they told me exactly where it was in the process. Their communication is excellent—via email, their website, and even over the phone. If you're unsure about something, their technical knowledge and support are top-tier. Theyre clearly passionate about cars, and it shows not just in their service but also in the welcoming and friendly events they host for the community. “Thank you so much to Daniel for his help! The radiator from our 20 year old car cracked and leaked coolant everyday, so we decided to replace the radiator. Daniel provided us with the NIS0367 radiator that we were after, and helped check that it matched our old radiator that we brought along with us. The new radiator fits EXACTLY like the original, hoses, fans, etc. Now our cooling system is in tip top shape and leak free.
