   I have been in a couple of times recently over the last 2 months and every time a young gentleman trainee staff member there was extremely unhelpful and each time I have had to walk out without purchasing items worth over $300 because he is so unhelpful and unwilling to try find someone to help that I have to leave in frustration. I understand he is learning but he should know that if he is unsure of something to get help from another staff member, this is very basic customer service. This has happen on the last 3 occasions I have gone there so will not be returning again and will be taking my businesses to Super Cheap auto who seem to have people that work there that want to help there customers out.

   G’day mate! I’ve gotta tell you about my time at Repco – it was a bloody ripper of an experience! As a true-blue Aussie, I’ve always been a big fan of cars, and the folks at Repco really know their stuff. First off, the range of gear at Repco was bonza. No matter what you’re after, they’ve got you covered. From oil and filters to spark plugs and tyres, it’s all here. And let me tell you, the quality of their gear is second to none. I’ve had some carked it gear in the past, but the stuff they sell here is built to last! The staff were a bunch of top blokes too – total legends! They really know their stuff and are always keen to help you out with any of your car dramas. They’re happy to go the extra mile, and it showed in their pommy customer service – heaps good! Plus, their prices are fair dinkum. I didn’t have to break the bank to get what I needed. And to top it all off, they’ve got this loyalty program called the Auto Club – By crikey, it’s deadset worth signing up for! You’d be a flamin’ galah not to. Honestly, Repco is the best thing since sliced bread! I’d recommend it to all my cobbers – whether you’re a rev head or just need to change a tyre, these guys know how to have your back. Keep up the good work, Repco – you’re a bloody legend!
