   They hide cheap lights that they do have online mentioned in stock in the shop but you specifically have to ask and then they say they dont have them. So first, why do they not just hang in the shop instead of only the expensive brands? Two, why are they not in stock if they are listed online in stock at the repco in Albany?

   Cannot be happier! I went in with not much knowledge on cars 2 of your staff helped me way more than they needed too just wanna say a massive thank you to Aiden and summer friendly great energy! Aiden explained everything to me showed me all my different options it made me feel very welcome I’ll defenately be coming back to you guys thank you repco for hiring people like that it’s very rare people at the stores are so good!!!

   I bought a red calliper paint and was given a black one in the sealed packaging instead.I already had jacked up and taken out my four tyres and done with the degreasing.i opened up the can and found it was black!i had no bloody choice but to carry on with the colour black and I don’t expect to go over the same action if I go for an exchange. Wrote to their customer service so other users don’t get into the same issue and sadly their reply was ‘It’s a shame that you didn’t bring back for a swap even with your degreasing done!’ You don’t expect me to put up my four tyres and redo the degreasing again ! What bloody rude and silly customer service people do you hire repco ?? Hey Marcus do something about yourself or go for a course to improve your customer relation! Been supporting repco for a long time and now I will just refrain from entering their stores!

   Great store, friendly and helpful team. Tried to up sell me on wiperblades and adapter clips so went to Supercheap Auto Albany instead on this particular day. Found the wiper I needed without the adapter clip for less and same quality. Pays to shop around folks!
