I BROUGHT THE MEGUIARS HYBRID CERAMIC QUIK CLAY KIT THAT DAMAGED MY CARS CLEARCOAT THE PRODUCT SAYS THAT IT HAS EXTREME WATER BEADING BUT THE WATER SAT ON MY CARS BONNET AND IN 3 DAYS THE CLEARCOAT STARTED TO BUBBLE AND COME OFF AFTER WASHING THE CAR WITH GREASE AND WAX REMOVER IT STOPPED I SENT EMAILS TO THE STORE FOR TWO MONTHS WITH NOT ONE RESPONSE AND MY PHONE CALLS ASKING FOR A MANAGER I WAS TOLD FROM THE STORE EMPLOYEES THAT THE MANAGER IS NOT AVAILABLE BUT HE WILL CALL YOU BACK NEVER DID
I'm a bit gutted that my partner went instore to get a replacement headlight bulb for and she said there were 3 men unattended on customer service, no other customers at all instore; the dude hasn't helped her to replace the bulb, told her to check on youtube when she asked for help. Rude. Super Cheap Auto and other Repco stores (e.g. Repco Wairau) would have done for her hassle free. If I knew, I wouldn't have told her to go there even tho is just around the corner from us. I get it that might not be with his scope of work, nevertheless, thats not good customer service in my opinion. We will not be back
Great service and knowledgeable staff
Went in to get some wipers for a vw today sunday which are a bit different . No problem for the guys there. They took old ones off and tried different fittings for about 15 minutes . Then put the new ones on. Now that's great service
Great local auto parts store Very friendly and helpful staff Only negative is no discounts for loyal ignition club members then have a 25% off sale for anyone who walks through the door Really annoying when same product was purchased a week earlier at full retail ( H.O. nation wide policy not local store)
Always enjoy the brooding and friendly staff. Can be a little awkward getting in and out of the car park and the main road. But the store has everything I have ever needed and is local for me
