   I have been convinced for some time that genuine service is a true rarity these days, but every time I come to BNT, I know that though it may not be see often anymore, it's truly alive and well at BNT. The staff are incredibly well informed and helpful - "going the extra mile" would be an understatement here. Prices are competitive and the friendly and knowledgeable service has me always recommending them without hesitation. Today Saia assisted me with an issue I wasn't entirely sure how to resolve - he understood right away what it was that I needed, then spent a considerable amount of time finding just the right tool and then even completed the job for me - all the while being so personable and kind that I think he may have just restored my faith in humanity completely. Thank you BNT & Saia - you made my day..!
