   Had a rust issue with one of my canopy latches. Emailed Fully Equipped to tell them about the issue and was expecting my query to be lost in cyberspace. Simon Calaz the Business Development Manager came back to me very quickly with a solution and today they replaced the rusty nuts/washers. Great customer service from Simon and his team. Very happy customer!

   Excellent service. Right from the enquiry, quote and fitting they were prompt, efficient and helpful. We had to drive down from whangarei to Auckland to have it fitted, they have a great setup for out of town customers to wait in comfort with coffee, tv and toilet. They put extra people on our job so it could be completed sooner. Great job guys, we would certainly recommend you to anyone who needs an awesome canopy with excellent service.
