   The worst experience ever ! Purchased a Ute's Tyre on their website which was more then $300 each and they sent me the complete wrong one ( I needed one to match my other existing 3) which valued less then half of the one purchased. Contacted them and due to they didnt have any more of the one I wanted in stock, I loved the refund. He promised will sorted out the refund but week after weeks, he ignored my email, or texts, called he said will sort it out right now, but a week after called back he said the same thing again and again,,, things dragged out for almost 2 months. He blamed on main freight for not picking the item up but I called main freight up and they was no pick up being booked what so ever. On the last day, I requested for the tracking number from main freight, he then just started booking the picking up then. Item showed delivered but he still didnt want to get the refund sorted, I then gave him a notice with date to sort out the refund else Dispute tribunal will be involved, few days after he refund the Money back. I was very genius with him in the beginning, gave him time almost 3 weeks to sort things out without any interruption or follow up. The tyre and money is no bigger for me as I had told him also, its the fact that he promised will sort it out week after week and not doing it, he could just told me due to this and that , I would be more than happy to give him time . Im so sorry for this long msg but we really dont need this sort of attitudes at this stressful time of the year.
