I was on the hunt to replace my favourite pair of Sketchers, he immediately brought out all the colour options in my size. Helped me figure out I needed the wide fit. There was a specific colour-way I was after. They checked all the options and found them available online. They answered all my questions with confidence. They set-up my order as a distant order. A young lady named Vandhana served me, and she was absolutely amazing. I tried around six pairs of shoes, and while some people might get irritated with that, she stayed so patient, active, and helpful the whole time always with a smile. I ended up buying three pairs of shoes and left feeling genuinely happy with the customer service I received. I had visited the store last Monday and, honestly, the experience was a little disappointing. But today was completely different this time it was amazing”
