Good range of products in the store but the customer service is abysmal! Spent $220 on a leather bag. Couldn't offer us a bag or wrapping to place goods in to leave the store with. In fact got the impression from the guy behind the counter that we were inconveniencing his day! Obviously has not realised that customers pay his wages. Shame really.
Too bad about the service she barely looked up from sitting at the till and not even a greeting until we said hi.
It’s 5pm and the store is closed. Now I would understand if the closing time is 5pm but even on the door it clearly says open till 6!
I don’t leave reviews often but wanted to give a shout out to staff at The Last Footwear Company for their awesome customer service. I was served by an awesome staff member who spent ages with me while I deliberated and asked heaps of questions. They then offered me a 10% discount at point of sale. Really happy with my purchase and I’d recommend them to others!
Bought a camping shower there. It’s completely useless and waste of money.
Great store but it is let down by it's extremely unhelpful staff. I decided to buy the items I liked in the store, online from another business.
I have 2 pairs of shoes from The Last Footwear Co. One is 30 years old, made 20 June 1990, and the other very close to that. They are both on there second set of soles. These are the best shoes I have ever had. Sure they are expensive but when can get 30 years of use out of them and they are still going and in great condition, it makes them cheap. I have other shoes that have cost the same or more which have gone in the bin after 2 or 3 years of the same use. Only had to replace the laces and keep them clean and polished. I will be headwind back soon to get another pair. Guy Morgan Very happy Customer.

Loved this place, it's full of character and surprises. Lots of shoes, RM Williams, Doc Martens, Timberland. Hills hats, and Swandri. So much variety. I got a nice pair of leather gloves. Helpful staff and excellent service.
