“I came in on Saturday morning due to the strikes, handed in my paperwork, and was pleasantly surprised to be called in within just five minutes, despite the number of people waiting. From the moment I walked in, the nurse was incredibly kind and reassuring. I shared my previous experience where the needle had gone through the vein and I nearly fainted, and she took it to heart. She had me lie down, found the vein effortlessly on the first try, and made the whole process feel calm and easy. She even encouraged me to take the elevator afterward, just to be safe. It was genuinely one of the best and most comforting experiences I’ve ever had when having blood taken. I’m truly grateful—thank you so much for your care and compassion.”

“The new patient on board process with simple. The booking was easy and quick. Jack helped me extracted two rotten teeth. He was quick and made the process almost painless despite the teeth broken during the extraction, added much complication. After that, I was unfortunately to have infection. He didn't just give it a wash, some antibiotics and send me home. He called up a few hospitals to make sure I'm okay. It sucks that I ended up having to stay overnight at the hospital due to the swelling, but I know I'm safe and in good care here compare to being at home. For the affordable price doesn't match the professional care you get, highly recommend!”

I understand the system now and am comfortable with the phone consults for routine health matters and get appointments in person with any complex or pressing matters. Was able to book an appointment within 2 weeks. Had a very amazing appointment where my diagnosis was explained in detail with medication avaliable funded and not funded. The doctor checked all medical resources to support her diagnosis. This experience built my confidence in the public health sector.”
