   We've had 3 ultrasounds in total at Wellington Ultrasound. Our first 2 experiences were pretty good, but the last one that took place a few days ago was bad. The attitude of the sonographer was unprofessional. It was an anatomy scan which felt like she was doing it just to get done with it. No explanations! Nothing! She was very hostile towards us. Some of the measurements seem off so we have to get it done again in a couple of weeks.

   The incident occurred on July 15th, involving two female receptionists who need to improve their customer service skills. They consistently appeared disinterested and refused to take responsibility for inquiries related to Wellington Ultrasound, stating that they do not work for Wellington Ultrasound, which is quite puzzling. Their condescending, rude and uncaring attitude was clearly explained by the fact that they were too busy chatting with each other. Their lively conversation made the waiting room very noisy, and they always seemed annoyed whenever a phone call or a customer interrupted their conversation.

   We had few sessions at Wellington Ultrasound. They are busy practice, but run like a clock. Anastasia, who works at reception, is well organised and a good communicator. We visited Dr Jay Marlow, and were very impressed with her. The equipment looked modern. Everyone around the office was pleasant and professional. To update my review, dr Jay Marlow, midwives Alison and Madeleine we’re helping us through pregnancy and after birth. The level of care was excellent, personalised, professional, organised, with great follow ups and advice, I can see now why they are so sought after as a practice. We’re completely impressed.

   The worst possible experience with them for booking their obstetrics services. Being the only remaining private full obstetrics care provider in Wellington, they do not care about how they treat customers, because even if they mistreat a few, they have tens waiting.

   Good Staff and the quality of scan is good as well, recommended by our midwife. But then if you can improve upon the delivery to the hospital on time it would be amazing. Given its private and a paid service we expect the results to be on time. Even I tried calling multiple times but no one picked up the call, used the number which is on site/maps. We kept waiting at kenepuru for the test result and it wastes valuable time for the hospital staff, also the doctors there had this similar repeat experience that reports are not sent on time. Some of my friends are using your service and I promise to update my review if you can improve on your service.

   Went in to book for a scan and they let me through right away on the day due to someone cancelling. Receptionist was really friendly as well as staff and made me feel welcome and comfortable.
