I'm writing to thank the team at KCS for their superb care for my 15month old. Have managed to get our imms when suits us and Dr Matich has managed to fit him in on the day on 2 occasions when he was unwell. Much appreciated.
I approached Dr Matich 2 years ago regarding a full knee replacement. Within 6 months I was recovering from my operation at southern cross hospital. And it's been a great success. So thank Dr Matich for getting the ball rolling and being a great doctor.
Dr Matich is the best doctor I've had. She has always been our family doctor but I had to change doctors when I moved overseas and later returned. She's very thorough and will always take the time to talk or message her patients (if you have concerns and can't get a booking). She has a good approach about her to get things moving when they're urgent. Jane on reception is just fantastic! She helps get things moving when they're urgent and she's very efficient too.
Myself and my 3 children are enrolled with Dr. Stephanie Matich. She is a strict but fantastic doctor - the best I've had. Thank you for your advocacy and your fantastic care especially throughout all the recent challenges with Covid
After being a patient for 30 years+ Dr Stephanie Matich has informed me that it is her personal choice to not see unvaccinated patients. She saidshe will offer me help over the phone but that is all. When a urine test at the local blood bank showed nothing abnormal she said she should really see me but asked if I could afford $150 to go to a specialist. I said no I couldn't so she put me on a waiting list to get seen at the public hospital! You should feel ashamed to call yourself a Doctor and refuse to treat people properly because of discrimination!!!
My mother saw Dr Mattich for several years and through her was unfortunately diagnosed with cancer and sadly passed away October 2020. Dr Mattich and her team were outstanding in the care they provided my mother with urgent appointments, home visits, scripts sent direct to the pharmacy, regular phone calls and assistance with the hospice and the district nurses. Dr Mattich went above and beyond for my mother ensuring she got the care she deserved.
