   World class! This centre is beautifully designed and has the most incredible energy to it. I've only visited the pharmacy so far, but that is such a lovely store run by lovely, helpful and caring people. They also stock a great range of Moana Road accessories.

   I am a patient here at High Street Health Hub. I know that the team have permanent drs and have several locum drs until at least the end of the year so there are plenty of same day f2f and phone appointments available every day.    My previous experience was with a Doctor who told me she couldn’t check my New Born’s weight etc because it was the “Nurse’s job” and my baby had an appointment with the nurse afterwards for immunisations for the Nurse to then tell me Nurses aren’t trained for the New Born check up and it was the Doctors job. And today I spoke to THE most uncaring receptionist while trying to book in an appointment (after being on hold for 20 mins) her tone was rude while she told me there’s nothing she can do about booking an appointment and needing a medical certificate wasn’t urgent enough to fit me in and come back next week.

   Appalling. We were taking my autistic grandchild in for their covid shot and specifically requested help when we got there. There was no specific help available and the situation deteriorated until my grandchild had a massive meltdown. If places aren't equipped for special requests like that then don't take the appointment.
