“i was having such a bad day but i am so glad that i was able to get a bubble tea from noahs ark courtney place. one of the servers named charity gave me immaculate service and my slushy was made on point. the atmosphere in the store was so calming and charity was so bubbly and kind, i asked for her name so we can hopefully become friends as she was so lovely to me. this experience made my day so much better and i am so excited to see charity again for another passionfruit slushy. :)”

“Woke up like a bag of shit this morning and needed my coffee fix to get me right. Popped by majestic cafe in the mall and not only is the coffee good but the lady that served me actually made my morning. Made me feel seen, heard and valued as a customer. The difference between me going to a different cafe and majestic will be that kind of service experience. That double shot really got me going for the day haha bless”

“Ordered 2 iced drinks (at around lunch time) didn’t have to wait long which was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Sat outside as it was a nice day, plenty of seating options available. Quite a noisy area, but lots to look at while sat outdoors.”
