    Johnsonville Mall is old and Tired so not a great atmosphere. Food ok

    Cheese scones and probably the muffin base are tasteless out of a bag premix. The other food is fine. Coffee is not strong enough.

    Enjoyed our morning tea which was reasonably priced. When I asked for change of a $20 note for my neurodiverse child to experience an arcade game. I was told no. We're supposed to be supporting local businesses but the experience placed me in a difficult situation. Shouldn't it be reciprocal?

    My worse experience with staff. One of the batista lady forced to pay twice even I clearly told translation was done and also eftpos machine was showing approved. She told will me will be refunded in a while if not asked me to come next day. When I went there next day she didn't even apologize and behaved me rudely and didn't give me refund only asked me if I wanted to have coffee instead like I was having coffee for free. Whoever manages this place please train your staff properly and teach them how to talk to customers. Sorry for owner you lost usual customer.

    It was a lovely place for us to hang out. Went out with My Friend and her Baby. The High table was pretty dirty to be used at that time. V adjusted and ate Blueberry Muffin & Cheesecake. The Cheesecake was really Yummmm. Either way had a good time. Staff looked friendly and approachable.
