   Significantly below Starbucks standards. Coffee is only served in paper cups, even though there are plenty of seats to stay in. Every single pastry comes on a paper plate and is packaged in a bag along with a napkin, as there are no trays. So, if you order several items, you end up with a mountain of bags, napkins, and paper plates. It's a disgrace, such a heap of trash. Furthermore, my drink order was incorrect (I ordered a cappuccino without cocoa and cinnamon, and what did I get? A cappuccino with both!). To top it all off, there's no restroom when the shops next door are closed.

   One star for now, can you consider putting a power outlet so customers can use them for their phone or laptop? As of now I prefer to stay in Gongcha to do some of my Business Presentations & Financial Reports on my laptop.

   Ordered 2 iced drinks (at around lunch time) didn’t have to wait long which was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Sat outside as it was a nice day, plenty of seating options available. Quite a noisy area, but lots to look at while sat outdoors.

   I want to give each of the workers 5 Star for there hard work today even though there has been some mistakes in people’s orders that’s including mine which I didn’t mind cos I know how it feels and it happens..What impressed me is they still kept on smiling..If they had a tip jar I would definitely tip them cos they deserve it..Thank you Staff you do an amazing job on my Caramel Macchiato it’s so my favourite hot drink :-)

   Good vibes but can get extremely busy and it may take a while, this is the best starbucks to utilise mobile order and pay for that exact reason! Staff are always super nice! Everything is usually in stock too which is great.

   Good coffee, good service and good atmosphere. Great location. I ordered through mobile so I didn't see much of the store as it was very busy but it looked nice and was well kept. There's an upstairs lounge too. It's my favourite time of year because they have the gingerbread frappe. Highly recommend it for coffee lovers or those who aren't so sure about coffee but want a little taste with something sweet.

   Strategically located in the Old Bank arcade, we keep stopping by here for frappe, munchies, or souvenirs. My kids love their hit chocolate and danish pastries. I do enjoy their frappucino and like to try their specials on various season. Pies, brownies, and other munchies are mostly available as well. Other things I’d like to buy here is their souvenirs. Mugs and tumblers, with the cities series, are the ones that I collect and buy for souvenirs. Service is fast, staff are friendly. You have enough space in the terrace if you like to eat or drink here. It’s on one floor so it’s comfortable for those with wheelchairs.

   Standard Starbucks store, efficient and fast staff. It was a busy Sunday, but service was impeccable and nice. The best area is the upper part, with comfy seats and many tables. Coffee was tasty and well prepared. Inside was clean and tidy, as it is expected. Located in downtown, easy to access for everyone and from everywhere.
