I love the new manager peachy. She is personable, friendly and professional. Our coffee orders are always tailored to our taste without needing to request anymore. Fast service, great staff.
Peachy, Abby and the team have really come through the change of ownership teething process wonderfully. Coffee is great and fast. They make suggestions for new beverages making the experience fun and welcome regular customers with professional enthusiasm.
Woke up like a bag of shit this morning and needed my coffee fix to get me right. Popped by majestic cafe in the mall and not only is the coffee good but the lady that served me actually made my morning. Made me feel seen, heard and valued as a customer. The difference between me going to a different cafe and majestic will be that kind of service experience. That double shot really got me going for the day haha bless
Best meal ever i have i try alot places but best coffee ever in town thanks for quick and best service team my kids love this place specially smile cookies and duck must visit
Very kind reception. Food was disappointing. Flat white coffee weak, waffle, which I wanted for breakfast turned out to be a dessert waffle, and lots of sugar in the batter the picture is of half. The edds were reported to be ok.The server was very accommodating.

Have been coming here regularly but today was the last straw as i found several human hairs in my creamy mushrooms i was 2/3 rd of my way through it. Last time I dine here as this is not the first time I've come across this but the first time it was in the food. They wanted to make me more but No Thanks
We just love the Majestic :) The food is always amazing and the staff are really friendly. We visit at least once a week and have never been disappointed. Keep up the good work team!
I've walked past this place so many times but it wasn't until I met a friend here that I tried their coffee and muffins. The staff were super lovely and I was amazed to see actual chocolate shavings on my coffee. I'm also quite fussy with cakes and slices but their muffins are tasty. It's now going to be my go to spot whenever I go to the mall
Disappointed. The 'bacon' on the Eggs Benny was so thinly sliced it lacked any flavour and body and may as well not have turned up to the party. The "Signature" mocha (apparently it is special because it has Belgian chocolate on it) at $7.70 was a boiling hot cup of watered-down coffee that promised much in the menu and delivered nothing at the table. May as well go upstairs to Maccas, you'll get a much better coffee for half the price.
