The reception team were also lovely — really friendly and professional — and even called the next day to check in and see how I was doing, which I really appreciated. “I am so happy that I made that first appointment to see Serena. I had tried acupuncture way back in the past but without great success. But I was at my wits end with the pain I was having in my hip/leg that doctors and osteopaths hadn’t been able to help. The first visit brought so much relief it seemed like magic. I continued to see her and even once that issue was resolved I have seen her for subsequent injures and also general help with my wellbeing. She helped my diverticulosis immensely with Chinese medicine and I have not had a diverticulitis flare in ages which has saved me having to take masses of antibiotics. I will continue to see her (even if I don’t have an issue) for acupuncture, cupping and Chinese medicine, as she helps me so much with my immune system and health and wellbeing. Serena just makes you feel comfortable and really cares. Visits are my treat to myself. Would recommend her highly to anyone. So glad I found her!”
