    I wish zero stars was possible. My initial referral was fine but I was never updated. I left three voice messages and multiple emails over a long period of time with no response. I had to lay a formal complaint with the NZAS to find out it took them 60 days to complete my referral to then just tell me to go to my GP. Edited to be accurate

    Terrible communication I booked an appointment for ear suction they told me I had booked in for 2pm I arrived at the clinic to find out I wasn't booked In at all and it was in a couple of weeks time will not be going back.

    I consulted with Lisa about tinnitus I was dealing with for a few weeks, amazed by her approach and thorough, kind manner. I have not been this impressed or felt as comfortable with any other medical professional before, thoroughly recommend her services, she is truly an expert on the ear and hearing.

    Absolutely terrible service! Would not recommend at all. Was told they do Micro Suctioning, my partner got there and they don't. Took valuable time off work for this appointment. Not impressed at all and would recommend you get people on the phones to know what services you do!! Utter waste of my time!!
