   I tried it and was blown away! It lasts longer than a month and works out way cheaper than threading and waxing. Plus, it's very quick, painless, & over in less than 10mins. Plus, Avana have Lasers suitable for women of color! I grew up hearing we could not use laser on our faces. Now Lazer technology moved on, but I've only just got the memo, and really glad I did at this era of my life. Avana is more affordable and more effective than waxing or threading 100%. Really impressed I have found a better option.

   NEVER go to this place. I went in for tattoo removal services with laser, left with permanent scaring. I had one prepaid session left and when I addressed the scaring I asked for a refund for my next booking as I did not want to return, they refused a refund for any services and made me feel like it was something I had done. Super unprofessional and awful service in general

   Avana has been a great place to get beauty treatments. I have been going to Avana since 2014. I have had different treatments done over the years, and I have always got great results. Nitya is very knowledgeable and it's lovely to be treated by her. They also always have specials!

I am kicking myself for waiting for so long but also hugely relieved at the welcoming team at Avana.    I would not recommend this place to anyone, they are disorganized, inexperienced and overpriced. They are struggling to have enough staff to cope with the workload to the point they had a heavily pregnant technician doing my treatment which was not ideal. The small room they use has no air conditioning so is very uncomfortable and makes the treatment hurt allot more than it should, the arrogant technician blamed me for the extra pain so I decided to end the session halfway but was still charged heavily. Also the technicians display poor hygiene and smell of body oder and bad breath. All around a bad experience and a waste of time and money. I'm sure there are way better more accommodating and experienced places to go.

   Please don’t ever go to this place it is the most unprofessional and un organised business i’ve ever come across. Accused me of not paying for my service that had been pre paid, in front of other customers and told me I wasn’t allowed to leave until I paid. Bear in mind the service I received was almost $500 each session. Made me talk on the phone with a manager in a back room and when I asked for another staff member to do that they told me “no you have to talk to her”. Finally they figured out their mistake after embarrassing me in front of other people and being extremely rude and disrespectful. Never had any compensation or apology from them. They’ve done the same to my sister in law and it seems they try to scam customers into paying for more sessions when they’ve already paid.

   What a waste of time. I knew something was up the moment I was taken into the room for ‘a talk about pricing’ Was told that the prices would be different as I’m only paying for 1 session today for multiple tattoos. Never told me what the price difference was, just kept going in circles. I emailed her and told her that I would only be paying for 1, never did she mention the price would be different. I was also told that numbing cream was $30, when I got there I was told it would be $100!!!! $100 to apply numbing cream. I should’ve known when at the consultation she said ‘scarring’ was normal. Very unprofessional, It seems they try to trap you into big ‘packages’ because their laser is low grade (I was told by another laser technician after) They are more interested in money then happy customers. Go somewhere else!

   Honestly never felt so natural and confident with make up on my face in my entire life then when I used the Avana Wellington Cosmetic services. I'm one that doesn't wear make up at all mostly because I play sports but also cause I'm useless at it. But I appreciate my make up artist Tina coming through with my make up glow for my Graduation. Tina was very patient with me and made my experience with make up an enjoyable one. Using her skills she made my make up very natural and light that I couldn't tell I had some on my face! Very grateful for Tina and the Avana Wellington Cosmetic for their services and making my Graduation photos the bomb! Highly recommend especially for first timers like me!!
