   I have never ever experienced such rude and disrespectful behaviour over the phone before, till I called this place.I won’t say the name of the person out of respect, but that lady that I spoke to on the phone, was so mean and so rude.Her service was so poor, unprofessional, unwelcoming and unacceptable. I was so nice and friendly, when I was asking her simple questions. How are you in a customer service role. The things you said, ur tone, the way you sounded so annoyed at me, so arrogant throughout a 5 minute phone call is honestly so sad. I could go into depth and repeat the things you said but out of respect to you and everyone else, I won’t. I hope that other people don’t get the same poor service as I did, it definitely made me not book an appointment here at all.

   I was able to get an appointment quickly, and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful (seemingly with everyone). The treatment was quick, painless, and completely successful (so far). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

   Very dissapointed with $95 consultation, my big (ingrown) toes are still in pain and clinic could not confirm whether they would charge again or not, since I explained I was in pain and felt a splinter had not been fully removed 6 days later. I confirmed I was not in pain lying on the chair when the nurse asked, splinter had just been removed. Be very careful what you say - I was in pain I when I started walking back to work, it was swelling up. Now received call since I had said that they could not confirm they would charge $95 to have another look at it.
