“First time for a full skin check. Saw Dr O'Connor who patiently explained what she was going to do and what she was looking at, even called in another Dr for second option, which is reassuring and a good reason to use a specialist clinic. Had a couple of spots come up and I could see a Dr here sooner than I could see my own Dr and found a few to keep an eye on I wasn't even aware of myself and wouldn't have asked about if it wasn't for a full body check. Everyone was nice and friendly and made for a pleasant visit.”

“Went today Mondsy 23. Fir a MRI. Was extremely nervous as I m extremely claustrophobic. We convinced that even with anxiety pills I would no be able to go through with it. But was talked through it .advised that my fears were not unusual. And my feeling ashamed was ok, but not necessary. People are often coming into Pacific Radiology to have imaging for potentially serious conditions/diseases. While I waited for my appointment, I noticed Jenny gently, kindly and professionally greeting and attending to people as they came and went. She went well out of her way to say some uplifting words in a very genuine way, to all her clients. It was a delight to see this kind courtesy and warmth and I know from experience, that these kindnesses can make or break a person’s day. Nice work Jenny!!”
