   What a scam. Sold an expensive treatment that did not work AT. ALL. So irresponsible to sell me a procedure they certainly knew would not make any actual difference. Was I even seen by a medical professional? Not sure. Avoid. Note their response: yes this is the correct practice, and no can confirm it did not make any difference then or now. Pretty irresponsible for the clinic to publish personal details about my last appointment too? I’d certainly be nervous about providing any of my info to them indeed if I were a prospective client!

   Lisa-Jane has been fantastic through all my sessions with her. She is a highly skilled injector, very lovely to talk to, patient and kind and listens to you attentively, so I always feel in the very best of hands. I'm always warmly welcomed by reception, the clinic is absolutely beautiful to say the least.

   Botched Botox. Visited Vein & Skin Wellington for a simple procedure of Botox in the forehead and frown. The clinician appeared to not know what she was doing and over treated some parts of the forehead, which resulted in facial asymmetry and a drooping eyelid. The Vein & Skin clinician admitted fault and took pictures on the follow up appointment, only to then completely ignore calls and emails. I sought second opinions from two other local clinics who were shocked by my results. Vein & Skin are horrendously rude, & I wish I’d seen all the negative comments before coming here. Spend your money elsewhere and don’t risk having such a simple procedure go wrong! Plenty of other fab places in Wellington for injectables.

   This clinic offers liposuction. I paid $240 for a consultation with the doctor for abdominal liposuction. I think his views/methods are possibly outdated and the results I’ve seen on other people who went there are minimal. He even told me he only guarantees a fifty percent difference. He also told me that post-lipo compression isn’t really necessary when actually it’s incredibly important in helping you got your desired results. I left feeling unenthused by both the price tag and the lack of guarantee of results. I got lipo from a clinic in the UK instead and I definitely didn’t only get a fifty percent difference! I got an incredible hourglass shape and all my problem fat was removed. Exactly what I wanted!

   I've been going to the Vein and Skin Clinic for the past five years and I highly recommend them to friends and anyone who compliments my skin. The Clinic is in a relaxing and comfy setting in Mt Victoria and is private and discreet. I fully trust Lisa-Jayne, who is a brilliant, professional and lovely cosmetic nurse. I've felt in safe hands with her and I'm thrilled with the outcomes of the appointments I've had with her over the years. I've also seen Bernadette several times, who is also a fantastic, knowledgable cosmetic nurse and I would see her again as well. I've tried one or two other cosmetic clinics in Wellington city for skin care with variable results, but this is the only Clinic I now go too. I get compliments on my skin and along with good nutrition and exercise, the appointments with Vein and Skin have helped immensely.

She's done amazing things for my skin, and changed up the treatments where needed. I absolutely recommend her! The reception staff at also SO lovely, and overall would recommend 10/10!!!

   Had my first treatment for prominent, hereditary dark circles with Bernadette yesterday. It has already made a huge difference in my dark circles, which have become more noticeable as I've gotten older. I really appreciated the service I received from Bernadette. Professional, caring and very skilled, I have taken on all of her suggestions and will be booking a series of treatments over the coming several months. Thank you so much it is wonderful to look in the mirror and feel so much better about the face you see looking back at you.
