Wow! This clinic is absolutely amazing, spotless, clean and the team is always helpful. I do want to mention shanties hard work in helping the client and recommendations, even though I had just walked it I immediately noticed her positive attitude and energy! Will definitely book in with shanti!
Shanti is so good at what she does, she’s super good at doing the treatment, shanti is quick! But the appointment never feels rushed. She takes her time having a chat and she’s a great talker! It’s good to note that the clinic is spotless and well taken care of as well. Nice job team!
I’ve been getting laser hair removal for the past 4 months by Shanti and I can without a doubt say that her service is unlike any other. During my first appointment she began with a consultation, she thoroughly and clearly talked me through the benefits of laser and the aftercare steps, as well as the recommended number of sessions for the most effective results. Shanti knows her stuff, she is incredibly knowledgeable and you can see the high level of expertise she displays. Since having 4 laser sessions, I have never felt more comfortable during a service. During every session, Shanti provides a gentle, comforting environment by ensuring that I am comfortable and ready for the appointment, she is super funny and entertaining and the service is quick while still providing incredible results. Shanti also assisted me with my skin concerns, she performed a skin analysis and described in clear detail what each layer of my skin had (hyperpigmentation, acne, oil) and steps I could take to improve them. She recommended the laser essentials skincare set which can be used for both my skin and my laser treatment aftercare, my skin is seeing great results in such short time! I had my first-ever lip filler appointment with Shelley, and she was absolutely amazing! From the consultation to the treatment, she made me feel so comfortable and answered every single question I had. I have a bit of a needle phobia, and she was incredibly kind and patient throughout the whole process, which made such a big difference. The reception team were also lovely — really friendly and professional — and even called the next day to check in and see how I was doing, which I really appreciated. I couldn’t recommend Shelley and the team enough — such a great experience from start to finish! :)
