“I recently had an excellent experience with Total Car Parts. Their customer service is outstanding, and the quality of the parts is top-notch. I’ve never had an issue with anything I’ve purchased from them. A special shoutout to Mushi, who has consistently provided exceptional service. Whether I’m asking for advice or need assistance with a specific part, Mushi is always on top of it, offering knowledgeable and friendly advice. That kind of service makes all the difference. I highly recommend Total Car Parts to anyone looking for reliable parts and excellent customer support. Cheers, Tomas”
“The lady at front desk is just really wonderful to talk to. Staff are helpful. Phone appointments are a breeze. Probably the most customer friendly place to come to for Vehicle compliance”
“Excellent work super stocked with the results on my rear bumper and tow ball. Amazing service & awesome work well done team!”
“Fast, friendly, everything taken care of including dealing with the insurance, top service”
“Umesh was great to deal with, they are obviously very popular as they seem to have a lot of cars in at a time and are very knowledgeable. Very quick response to emails. Diagnosed the car quite quickly but couldn’t find the fault - reffed us to a trusted specialist. Was great about leaving my car outside on their premises as I could not pick it up until the weekend. Really appreciated he took the time to call me a week later to follow up all was ok with the referral and see if everything was ok. Would recommend to others.”
“Excellent place to find those hard to find car parts.”
