   Can't really fault the service or the repair job. Guys were very busy so comms a little slow, repair took longer than expected however the wait was worth it, my ute now looks brand new, amazing job with every aspect, guys should be really proud of thenselves for this one!

   Someone had hit my car side on and driven off leaving me on the side of the road trying to pull the bumper off. Insurance then insisted I pay the excess owing to not getting other drivers license details (just rego). So already fed up, I had to find someone to quickly fix my car and provide a loan car. I chose this garage based on reviews. They had a loan car, made the remnants of my bumper safe to drive while I got my insurer to send information and duly booked me in. They were exceptionally friendly. Unfortunately the loan car died but I was only down the road and they swapped the cars quickly. At this point I was recovering from flu, had just collected my autistic son and felt really miserable! But they were so friendly and apologetic, I couldn’t complain. Car was repaired within days and they didn’t charge for the loan car owing to the admittedly slight inconvenience. The whole thing was relatively smooth despite my annoyance at being in this situation in the first place. Hopefully I won’t need to go back! But I definitely recommend them and will pass that feedback to my insurance company.

   I used this firm to repair accident damage to my car. From the first moment I interacted with them they were very helpful. Booking the car in was prompt and loan cars were provided. Also, they delivered the loan car to me and picked it up. You can't buy good service like this its either part of the companies ethos or its not. Great Job and Great Service, Thank you !

   My partner and I dealt with Tim in terms of booking the car in and general updates. His customer service was incredible. He kept in touch throughout the process of having our bumper fixed/replaced and was great to deal with. When we got our car back the work was immaculate and looked like it did when we first brought it. Tim’s service and the final product of work are a credit to the business and the rest of the team we didn’t get to meet or thank. Highly recommend.
