    Replace 2 front wheels tyres for my car, they recommend for a very expensive tyres which price of $1600 and they will replace the quality tyres as the same as my existing tyres. After they complete the replacement, I checked and found out they replaced the tyres grade lower than my existing tyres, not the same as they told me , the tyres manufacturer year 2023 but the cost is still $1600 for pair. When I complained, they said they will take it out and put my old tyres back if I am not happy with the tyres they put on. My concern here is the dishonest and trick when customers have to realise on what they don’t know. Very bad experience and never come back to this place again. Thought people should be carefully.

    A friend recommended this place in Newtown and I had the best ever service! The staff went beyond, getting me a new tire, and then putting it on for me. I had my grandson with me and someone showed him some things in the shop and entertained him while I was waiting for the car to be ready. Everybody was super polite, knowledgeable and engaged. It felt like a family business in fact. I will highly recommend this business in Newtown, Wellington and I will definitely go there from now on. Bye-bye other tire services!
