I 'luckily' didn't end up needing to repair my surfboard but I've received the best customer service! CJ was busy when I got there but took the time to look and assess the damage on my board and was super patient and nice in explaining to me what he was seeing. As I told him, I 'hope' not to have to use his services soon :), but will definitely go back if needed.”

“First time in Hype Store Bayfair first impressions was the young guy (although with a customer) didn’t acknowledge myself or another group of customers while in there. Once the customers were on their way I waited to the side of the counter and no service once again and he helped another couple who walked in after me and the others. Then a lovely young girl came out from the back and immediately acknowledged me and so I started asking for certain shoes and she was amazing. I was looking at spending almost $700-$1k that morning but only stopped at 2 pairs as I was a little disappointed in the initial lack of acknowledgement. The girl name was Georgia i would highly recommend her to talk to for any potential customers.”
