Bought a smart phone case click and collect. When I got it, the tabs sealing the box were cut. Was told it was new so should be fine. They spent 20 minutes searching the store for another, without any luck, so told me that was the only one. Requested a refund as the box was open and lining paper inside creased - almost as if was a returned item. Senior staff member was arrogant and unhelpful. Wondering if the store has new management as in the past staff were friendly and helpful.
Conrad always give the best service. He is very helpful and knowledgeable. We have got to the point where we ask for him if we want help and Conrad is always willing to help and does so with a great smile. Thanks
I wanted to buy a blender . Everything went well ,in finding the stuffs. But when I took the stuff ,to the counter ,there were 2 girls having there yarns ,not really concentrating on the customer. It was around 3ish ,the counter near the blenders,I didn't felt like getting that customer service. We all know ,the products over there isn't cheap ,so why do we get a cheap service . If staffs have there personal problems, they should deal on there breaks or when there is no customers to serve . That was kind a rude vibe, I got from those young girls . I don't know,why I was treated like that ,was it my dressing ,color or they not trained well. Coz simply they were not discussing something work related.. Sorry for this. But I didn't felt happy about that. Thanks

Outstanding customer service. I had issues with a laptop purchased a few months ago and the matter was resolved quickly, with great service and with real understanding for my situation. Would definitely purchase laptops and other electronics from here in the future.
