I went in requesting a spool for my existing shimanno 12000oc reel, that wasn't in stock, unfortunately. I then asked to buy a new 12000oc reel. Sadly that model wasn't in stock either. Not to worry. I bought a shimanno 12000d combo instead. The young guy knew his stuff and was super knowledgeable. You will be seeing more of me definitely.
Had a terrible experience this week with these guys. Took 3 reals in for service and purchased a new rod. All was good until collection. One of the reels was not mine! I have been insistent with them as I know my fishing gear, as does my crew. All fell on deaf ears! Be careful with the Mount shop. Take pictures of the gear you drop off would be my advise.
Had a young man in store help us with our purchases and I'd give him a 10/10 for customer service. He was well informed , helpful and we left feeling like we had a good deal. We were very happy with our purchase of a new rod for the stella reel I bought my husband for his birthday ..the young man spooled the reel etc ..sorry I can't remember his name , but we were impressed
Made a purchase here which wasn’t appropriate but Brianna was super helpful in sorting everything out, and had really good knowledge and advice. Stand behind their products and service if there’s any issues. Is a rare thing and nice to see.

I took my 12 year old son in to buy a reel on Saturday, he is a super keen fisherman who is desperate to lean anything and everything he can about fishing. We were served by a lovely young guy- Quinn, who recognized my boy from a post he put on a Facebook page saying he loved fishing and wanted to learn, he spent heaps of time chatting with him, showing him some knots and told him to add him on Facebook and said he would be happy to take him out fishing and show him a few things, my boy was delighted. This guy could have just sold us the reel and we would have been happy but he took an interest, connected with my son and made him feel important, we will 100% be back for all our fishing supplies in the future, I was so impressed by this level of service and the obvious passion and knowledge the team have! Awesome thanks for a great experience
