   I called to get tech to come visit to resolve air lock issue. Advised could send ok bit to try a tip they had first and if didn’t t work call them back. The tip worked so I really appreciate the advice and have to leave review that’s just bloody great service thanks. Buy my vortex spa filers here too.

   We swapped to Poolcare after our previous service became increasingly expensive and erratic. Not only has the servicing of our spa and pool been 'on time' but the cost is significantly less. Our pool has never looked better. If you are considering using a pool care service in the Mount Maunganui / Papamoa area, I would strongly recommend that you give PoolCare a try. Very approachable and knowledgable. AAAA+++ service

   These guys are all amazing!!! Reliable and dedicated staff members. Really helped us out of a jam when we had my daughter's pool party coming up and our pool water was not co-operating. These guys sorted it straight away and saved the day! They have continued a regular water testing and reporting schedule which is keeping our pool amazing all summer. Highly recommend this whole team!

   Rude owner/manager! Just hung up the phone on me when I was inquiring about a service that was not requested or done properly. I told him on the phone we would appreciate someone coming out to fix it up...apparently not! Would not recommend this company at all!

   Good technical service but GRUMPY. I was early but they had opened the doors. I was not in a hurry and made that clear when they explained they were still setting up. I had not had a water test before so when they asked me for my name I gave it, then asked "what will you be sending me?" This was ignored so I asked again, I think it is reasonable to want to avoid junk mail and spam. They didn't even say thanks when I bought $70 worth of chemicals on their recommendation. This seemed to be the shop owner as she wasn't wearing their staff uniform. Won't be going back.
