What really stood out to me was the personal service, something that's hard to find these days. Food and drinks 10/10. Pizza is a must try! Highly recommended for anyone looking for an exceptional stay.”

“Tauranga Vets feels like a home away from home for us and our pets. Their clinic is a modern, stylish space that's as comforting as a cozy living room. You can tell they've put a lot of thought into making it a place where both animals and their humans feel relaxed. The vets and nurses are like family to our cat. They're incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely care about their patients. It's heartwarming to see the bond they form with animals, and it puts us completely at ease. Their passion for their work is infectious. The reception team is always a friendly face to greet us. They're helpful, efficient, and make us feel like valued clients. It's clear they love animals as much as we do.”

“Nice store, clean and tidy, and much nice presentation. When I first moved to Tauranga, I went to the closer Bin Inn at Bethlehem, but their products weren't good quality. Products were old, stale, and some had weevils. I now travel further to this store where the products are much fresher and no weevils.”

“Superb steak and cheese pie. Massive and delicious sausage roll perfectly complemented by the coleslaw it came with. Shared a big bucket of fries that were amazing, best I’ve had in New Zealand (okay I’ve only been here a week but I’ve had quite a few in my life and these are up there). Was a bit weird that the chips came out before the pies but this worked out nicely, the aioli and salsa were great. Nice that the pastry goodies were warmed in the oven not a microwave. Coffees were excellent. Service was good. Toilets were clean. All easily accessible.”

“Had a great stay here over Christmas. The motel isn't too big, and service was friendly. The rooms were actually serviced during the day which I haven't had in the past in budget motels. The pool and spa are fantastic - just big enough and heated. A shade sail covers half of the pool. The room we had was dated but perfectly functional and others had been renovated. We were surprised our room was supplied with almost any kitchen tools you'd need.”

“People, we have not been in a Starbucks for a long time however if one wants a real, delicious flavored latte coffee in a 16 onz (473ml) Grande cup this is the place! Sure the $7.30 price is up there however it is value for money if one likes their coffee not to mention all their other coffee options & sweet treats. Lovely, friendly, easy to talk to, young ladies as well to add to the experience in a comfortable cafe. Definitely recommend. Steve Franklin Rotorua”

“Great op shop with plenty on offer. Very helpful staff and they even deliver bigger items for $20. Great way to support the community and hospice in particular! Well worth the visit if you plan on picking up some great second had stuff. Easy to find the place and plenty of parking. Recommended.”
